Regular meetings of the Executive Board are held on Wednesdays at 7:30pm throughout the year. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend. Meetings are normally held upstairs in the Roycroft Room, with the exception of the Semi-Annual and Annual Meetings, which are held downstairs or outside.
