Meeting Notice
October 2, 2020
Dear Members,
The Annual Meeting of Members will be held Sunday, October 18th, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. outdoors at the Medford Boat Club. All members are invited and encouraged to attend. Please observe social distancing guidelines and don’t forget to dress warmly and wear a mask.
The election of officers for next season will be presented to the members for approval during the annual meeting. The Nominating Committee has approved the following slate of officers, which was endorsed by the Executive Committee:
- Commodore - Steve McGlynn - 1-year term
- Vice Commodore - Bryan Hilliard - 1-year term
- Rear Commodore - Scott Fraser - 1-year term
- Executive Committee - Moira Manning - 5-year term
- Executive Secretary - Jane Mattuchio - 3-year term
I want to thank the other flag officers, the executive board, and committee chairs for all of their help during this particularly challenging season. I especially would like to acknowledge those who put in countless extra hours, above and beyond their duties, to execute a safe and healthy club during the Covid-19 pandemic. It has been an honor to serve with this fine executive board, who met this challenge so that the membership could enjoy the club.
