We will not have a traditional opening day - we are changing how we do things. The following are things that normally happen on opening day, and we've outlined the plans for how we will handle them moving forward:

• ID Cards: We are replacing ID Cards with a club management system called Amilia - lots more info on this below. For anyone who does not have a smart phone, we will create a card for you.
• Kayaks: You will be able to sign up for a kayak membership (and pay for it) on the platform/app starting on Saturday, June 19th!
• Lockers: If you would like to get on the wait list for a locker, please email [email protected].
• Swim Lessons: You will be able to sign up for swim lessons on the platform/app starting on Thursday, June 17th!
• Sail Program: We are working to add this to the app, but will go old school for initial signup. If you would like to sign up for sailing lessons, please visit our Sailing Lessons Page.
• Membership Cards & Parking Stickers: You will be able to pick these up from the office when you come into the club for the first time.

Membership Platform & App

We are moving to a new membership management platform called Amilia. This replaces the info on the MBC website and will hold membership information for all members. All 2021 members have been added, and we are testing a few last things. All primary members (your name is on the membership) will receive an email on Monday or Tuesday next week with instructions to activate your account. Please click "Activate My Account" in the email and follow the prompts.

IMPORTANT: Each primary member should update their birthdate, create their own profile (with a photo), then add everyone on their membership (kids, spouses, etc.) and upload a photo for each.

Once you have activated your account, you can download the Amilia App for easy access to (virtual) ID Cards.

We will have people onsite at the club from 10:00am-4:00pm on Saturday, June 19th, to assist anyone who is having trouble getting their account setup.

Whenever you arrive at the club, the front gate will scan a barcode from your phone. Each member of your family will have a unique barcode. You can also print them (at home) and bring them with you if you don't like using your phone or prefer having them in a sleeve on a lanyard.

Opening Night Celebration RSVP

If you haven't done so already, please RSVP to the opening night celebration on June 19th. It is adults only and members only. The club closes at 5:00pm that day, and reopens at 7:00pm for the event.
